At SAHALIFT, quality has the highest priority. This claim extends to the machines we offer as well as our wide range of services. We see ourselves as representatives of your interests. Whether our customers come from the construction industry, maintenance or a production company: We know how important it is to be able to rely on the best quality. This is exactly what we offer you.
In order to fulfil the goals we have set ourselves, our quality management starts with the selection of manufacturers. We only sell technology from renowned brands such as OMMELIFT, ALMACRAWLER, AIRO, AICHI and MULTITEL. We maintain our quality standards with our in-house service. We offer advice, maintenance and repairs from a single source. We are personally on site with our branches.
WHAT DOES CUSTOMER SERVICE MEAN TO US?
That we are always there for you. We are happy to provide information via telephone support and assist you in using the machines. With thorough maintenance, we ensure that your devices are always ready for use. We also provide immediate assistance in the event of a fault. A fully equipped workshop van is available for this purpose.
SPECIAL SERVICE
Only professionally maintained machines offer maximum safety, reliability and functionality. We are happy to service your machinery to ensure this - either at your premises or at our fully equipped service centres in Langenhagen and Giengen. As part of the annual maintenance programme, our specialist staff will carry out UVV inspections and electrical tests on your work platforms, for example. It goes without saying that we comply with all the requirements of the German Social Accident Insurance (DGUV). With our service, you benefit from smooth-running technology and fulfil the legal requirements for maintenance and safety inspections.

Try out, test, feel, experience. It is particularly important to us that you can familiarise yourself with and test your future machine. For this reason, SAHALIFT has developed its own test site for our machines.
Our specially equipped test site offers you the opportunity to test our machines to their limits and to experience and prove their performance under real conditions.
The site offers a variety of challenges and terrain variations to ensure you find the optimum machine for your requirements. Whether it's off-road capability, lifting height or load capacity - here you can experience our machines in action, up close and at first hand. Our experienced team will of course be on hand throughout the test phase to answer your questions and provide you with important insights. We know that buying a work platform is a significant investment. Our aim is to give you the peace of mind that you are making the right choice.
FROM PURCHASE
UNTIL DELIVERY
Consultation, purchase, delivery - that's how simple the process is for customers when they order an access platform from us. But in the background there are a whole series of different processes that interlock. Let's take a look behind the scenes.
EVERYTHING STARTS WITH THE CUSTOMER'S REQUEST
As this is always individual, we check each enquiry individually. What options are there to fulfil the requirement? Is the requested machine really the ideal solution? This is usually followed by a personal consultation. As soon as the right work platform has been found, the logistics begin. Is the machine available from stock? Then it goes straight to delivery. If not, we order the technology from one of our premium manufacturers. If the customer agrees to the delivery time, the order is placed.
After a short wait, the new work platform is delivered to our yard. This is followed by a thorough check by our mechanics: Do the electronics, software and mechanics work? We only authorise delivery to the customer once the test has been passed without any problems. This is how we ensure that the technology functions as desired. On the day of delivery, you will receive an introduction from our employees. Then you can start your projects with the new machine!
