A little longer than expected, but it was worth the wait. The first BILLENNIUM 1890 EVO Quick-Pro was presented at the Innovation Days in Hohenroda and the first platforms have been delivered to customers in recent weeks. After a shortened summer break, the next 14 BILLENNIUMs have arrived at SAHALIFT GmbH in Langenhagen and, following an internal acceptance test, the platforms will be delivered to customers in Germany and Austria.

The new machine has a few refinements up its sleeve. Support, fully automatic in 6 support positions, an ATS system, which ensures automatic chain tensioning, and in SPS MODE it reaches a working height of 9 metres and can be moved up to a maximum inclination of 10°. In terms of reach and basket load, the BILLENIUM is in no way inferior to the competition. The maximum basket load is 250 kg and, depending on the support position and weight in the work basket, a maximum reach of 10.40 metres can be achieved. Doorways and tight spaces are mastered effortlessly thanks to the sensitive control system, and if you want to fit a winch instead of the workman basket, you can do that too. With a slim 2,900 kg and one of the longest crawler tracks in this class, the BILLENIUM is a lightweight on all surfaces. Finished with your work? Then activate the popular "HOME" function and the platform returns the operator to the home position.
The BILLENNIUM is available as the B 1570 ETS Visual with a working height of 15 metres and as the B 1890 EVO Quick-Pro with a working height of 18 metres. The Quick-Pro stands for the variable and is only available for the B 1890 EVO. All machines are equipped with a remote maintenance module that will be gradually activated over the next few months. The BILLENNIUM B 1890 EVO Quick-Pro is powered by a Yanmar diesel engine and 220V electric pump. The BILLENNIUM B 1570 ETS Visual is also powered by a 220V electric pump and a HONDA petrol engine.
Conclusion: The Italian platform manufacturer ALMACRAWLER, in cooperation with SAHALIFT, has once again succeeded in offering innovative solutions in the telescopic crawler platform sector, which offers the user more flexibility and safety.
