To this end, SYSTEM LIFT AG conducts a comprehensive and meaningful supplier evaluation every year based on the experience of SYSTEM LIFT partner companies. In December 2022, a total of 53 SYSTEM LIFT partners took part in this online survey (school grading system: 1 - 5). All of SYSTEM LIFT AG's framework agreement suppliers were assessed in the categories of product quality, quality of advice, technical support, on-site service, spare parts availability and warranty & goodwill processing.
With an average score of 1.86, the "Overall Winner of the Year 2022" is SAHALIFT GmbH with its products from AICHI, which already emerged as the overall winner in 2021. Compared to the previous year, the manufacturer of scissor lifts and telescopic boom lifts was even able to improve its own result by 0.08 grade points and won 4 of the 7 categories surveyed. The products from OMMELIFT (3rd place) and AlmaCrawler (4th place) are in no way inferior in the overall assessment.
Particularly noteworthy is the fact that SAHALIFT GmbH and its 4 manufacturers took 1st to 4th place in the quality of advice category.
